Can’t lie, won’t lie. This was a very proud moment for me right here. Finally speaking publicly for the first time about my ED was a real reflection on just how far I’d come with my own mental health journey. 16 year old me would be very proud right now. 

 

Thank you @georgedavidhodgson and @maisondechoup for giving me that boost to speak about my experience both in writing and verbally. And thank you to all the wonderful people in my life who supported me at my lowest and who are supporting me now.
